Funky Fingers Parent Workshop

In Nursery we welcomed the parents to a 'Funky Fingers' workshop, where the children explored different activities that develop their fine motor skills. 

We linked it to our text, 'The Three Little Pigs'. The children made paper plate pigs, painted pigs with puffy paint, practised their cutting skills and even decorated some biscuits to look like pigs. 

It was lots of fun! :)

🎊Chinese New Year parent Workshop🎊

Today was our parent workshop in Nursery, We have had so much fun exploring different elements of Chinese culture.

We have been:

🐍counting using chopsticks,

🐍painting dragon pictures,

🐍retelling the story of the zodiac calendar,

and doing some dragon dancing 🐉

They even had their own Chinese resturant in the role play area 🍜

Thank you to the parents that attended our workshop today,

the children really enjoyed having you join them.

Welcome back Nursery.
We have had a fun day back at school.
We were very brave coming back to nursery after our holidays 

and we are looking forward to the year ahead.
