Year 6 Science at a working farm

Year 6 had a fantastic day at a working farm in Coleshill today with Farmer John. The children developed their scientific knowledge and understanding by finding out what is involved in working on a farm, from caring for the animals to considering how worms affect soil samples and the different types of soil needed for crops to grow.
