Sports Day fun for EYFS & KS1
Mon 11 Jul 2022Sports Day for EYFS and Key Stage One classes was a huge success this morning. The children did SO well, especially in the heat: they were very grateful to receive an ice lolly afterwards to help them cool down! Well done to all the children for taking part and trying their best. Thank you to all the many parents who came along to cheer the children on. We hope lots of parents will be able to join us for Key Stage Two Sports Day at 9.15am tomorrow morning.

Sensational salads!
Mon 11 Jul 2022Year Two made their very own sensational salad in DT. They practised their cutting, chopping and grating skills. Well done Year Two!

Performance Poetry with Pep the Poet
Fri 08 Jul 2022Pep the Poet visited St Joseph's yesterday! We had a brilliant time and the school was full of laughter. The children thoroughly enjoyed their performance poetry workshops. Thank you Pep the Poet!

Year 1 DT - Fruit salads
Fri 08 Jul 2022The children in Year 1 have also been busy designing and making their own fruit salads this week. They used the knives very sensibly to cut the soft fruit. Well done children, they look delicious!

Year 3 DT Parent workshop - Dips and Dippers!
Fri 08 Jul 2022Yesterday's parents workshop was the tastiest so far! Year 3 children and their parents spent time creating healthy snack pots designed by the children as part of their DT work about 'Dips and Dippers'. The children worked very sensibly using knives to cut a variety of vegetables for their snacks. Well done children and thank you to all the parents who joined us for the workshop.
