Good Morning Nursery, today we are continuing our learning on Chinese New Year as this is today!

1. Today I would like you to make your very own Chinese lantern. Use the template below to help you. You might want to decorate it first, and then you need to fold the paper in half down the middle line and then cut down the dotted lines, before you fold it round and add your handle.

2. Each year, China have a different animal to represent the year ahead. This year it’s the year of the ox. Can you google all about what an ox is? What does it look like? Can you describe the animal to your grown up?

3. I wonder if you can have a go at creating your own ox ?
