It is really important for our mental and physical health to keep ourselves active.  You should aim for 60 minutes physical activity each day. There are many different ways you can do this. You may be lucky enough to have a garden where you can run around, play with a ball or skip.  You will find some links below which you might enjoy using to exercise indoors. Give them a try!
