Cops and Robbers
We are reading 'Cops and Robbers' written by Alan Ahlberg. The children are looking at the fantastic vocabulary in the story and thinking about adjectives to describe the scallywag robbers and the brave cops.
The children are using their imagination to innovate the story. They will be encouraged to use the story words they have already learnt and begin to use conjunctions and contractions in their story writing. The class enjoy talking through the story using their story map and joining in with the actions.
